Listening to the audio samples

Did you ever want to listen to part of an album before you bought it to make sure you'd like it? Well, that's easy to do on SymePiano.com. We pride ourselves on having an extensive selection of song samples so that you can listen to the music before you make your purchase, and we provide these samples in the two leading Internet audio formats; RealAudio and MP3.

ra note RealAudio is a streaming audio technology that allows you to hear music on this site through the use of a free media player called the RealPlayer. The player allows you to play RealAudio sound samples from SymePiano.com in real-time. When you click on a RealAudio link on SymePiano.com, your RealPlayer automatically opens, and after a few seconds, plays the sample you have selected.

You can download the RealPlayer software from the Real Audio web site if you don't have it already. To use it you must have a RealAudio Player-compatible web browser and a 28.8 or faster modem. Once you have these items successfully installed on your computer, just click on the Real Audio music symbol note on one of our web pages to hear the Read Audio sample. If you have problems or questions regarding listening to our Real Audio samples read our RealAudio Support page.

mp3 note MP3 (also known as MPEG) is an audio format which requires that you first download the song to your computer before you can listen to it using MPEG audio player software. The benefit of this is that you can save these song samples on your computer and play them whenever you like. Also, the sound quality is much better than the Real Audio samples. On the downside, MP3 sound files can be large and take time to download. Our MP3 sound files range from 500Kb to over 1Mb, and will take 10 to 30 minutes to download depending on the speed of your Internet connection.

Today many new PC and Macintosh computers, when used with a new web browser like MS Interenet Explorer 4 or Netscape Navigator 4, will play MPEG samples automatically. However, if this doesn't work on your computer you'll need to get an MPEG audio player. See our MP3 Support page for more information. Once you have the right browser/helper configuration on your computer, just click on the MP3 music symbol mp3 note on one of our web pages to download and listen to an MP3 audio sample.  fermata
